By accessing or using Data Kinetic Corp's ("Behavior Labs") services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Service Usage

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Share malicious code or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Services for spam or harassment

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, AI models, and materials are owned by Data Kinetic Corp
  • Customer data and insights generated for your organization remain your property
  • You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content without permission

4. Payment Terms

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect
  • Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranty
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the preceding 12 months

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or site notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
